In June 2019, two focus groups with a total 16 nursing students from one baccalaureate nursing program were interviewed using semi-structured research questions. Collected data were analyzed using conventional content analysis.

Conclusion: On the basis of this result, we can understand nursing students¡¯ perception of good characteristics of clinical nursing educators.
